Empowered provides financial education services, including a personalized financial roadmap based on documents and information you provide. Our services are educational in nature. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional. Nothing in our services constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services.
Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. Promotional pricing is valid only for the period stated and may be withdrawn at any time.
To request a refund, email hello@empowered-method.com with your name and order confirmation.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your intake form. The quality of your roadmap depends on the accuracy of the information you submit. You are responsible for decisions made based on your roadmap.
We treat all information and documents you share with strict confidentiality. We will not sell, share, or disclose your financial information to any third party except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your personalized roadmap is prepared for your individual use. All templates, methodologies, frameworks, and written materials are the intellectual property of Kelly McMahon Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our financial roadmap will achieve any specific financial result. Past results of other clients are not a guarantee of your individual results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelly McMahon Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
